★★★★★
“My vision for the Weerona Chardonnay was to create a Chardonnay with elegance, finesse, richness and great length. The Hunter Valley is the birthplace of Australian Chardonnay and produces styles that show more depth and flavour profiles. This Chardonnay is all about the pristine fruit that the 2019 vintage provided for us. The oak is the supporting role, balancing the wine and giving multiple layers to an already complex wine. We are very excited about our first release Chardonnay and believe that this wine made itself and is a pure expression of the Hunter Valley.”
